Do I need any boxing or martial arts experience?
Nope - our classes cater to all levels of skills and experience. Our instructors will show you basic punches and kicks. All you need is a desire for a great workout.
Do I need to sign up online for classes?
Yes. We keep our classes limited so clients don’t have to share a bag. Prior sign-up is required to reserve your bag space.
How do I book a class?
You can sign up from our homepage, or visit https://wsfb.punchpass.com. If this is your first time, you will be prompted to create an account, login and purchase a plan or pass.
What if I book a class and can’t make it?
You can cancel your reserved spot up to one hour before class starts and not have the visit be deducted from your plan or pass.
What do I need to bring to class?
Gloves, hand wraps and athletic shoes are required. We have gloves and hand wraps for purchase. Wear clean, comfortable workout clothes. Also, bring a refillable water bottle, towel and a mat.
Is Fit-Boxing safe?
Safety is our #1 priority which is why we require clients to have gloves, wraps and athletic shoes. There is no sparing in our Fit-Boxing classes. Our instructors can provide modifications so anyone can get an awesome workout, regardless of prior injuries or limitations.
We also take pride in the cleanliness and hygiene of our studio. We provide disinfectant spray and paper towels so clients can wipe down their equipment after each class/use.
Does fitness level matter?
Our members vary in fitness level. Our classes are appropriate for all levels, from fitness rookies to elite athletes. We provide space and support so anyone can achieve their fitness goals.
How big are group classes?
We keep our classes small so clients don’t have to share bags and our instructors can provide more individual attention. Prior sign up is required to reserve bag space.
